We began Sytsma Farms in 1996 after owning and operating a dairy farm. After seven years we decided to sell the dairy because we had a strong desire to start our own custom farming business. Committed to living and raising a family in the country, we kept forty acres of land to build a home and shop, to start our business.

After being married almost thirty years, the kids are grown and grand kids are coming, but our desire to live in the country and focus on the next generation of farming continues. Over the years we have worked hard to become a full-service custom-farming company that is still family owned and operated. We take great pride in being honest, diligent, and treating the land like it is our own.
